Present and Accounted For

Many times we hear so much negative things about black males not being present in their children's lives or involved in raising them, but not much is said about those fathers who are making a difference, who realize the importance of his role or father figure in the home. We need to recognize and acknowledge those men who are present and accounted for. In the image, this father is there with his child and his wife is there symbolically with flowers and the ring on his finger, but the focus is put on his presence with the child. This print measures at 11 x 19 and would need a custom frame. The measurements are not standard, therefore would not fit in a standard frame.
